It is surrounded by shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the mall. The community has beautiful pools, tennis courts, and great trails around the area. The condo has a fireplace, laundry room, walkin closets, and tons of room. Rent is 700 and includes gas, electric, trash, water, cable, phone, and wireless internet. The bedroom is not furnished, it fits a queen sized bed and two dressers comfortably and has a WALK IN CLOSET I am looking for a roommate who can pay the rent, is respectful, and has the same type of lifestyle I do. I work hard and want to come home and relax.
