Description
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Fulfillment Administrator is responsible for monitoring inventory and orders for various fulfillment products, updating internal and external systems, processing invoices, assisting their team with ad hoc projects and other administrative duties such as filing and updating reports. This position helps to provide support services to internal clients as well as ensures the timely fulfillment and distribution of material to T. Rowe Price new and prospective clients.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
*Tracks orders, coordinates inventory and monitors various assigned fulfillment programs using multiple internal and external systems. Assists in the coordination of updates or redesigns of communication materials for these programs.
This includes day-to-day interaction with internal clients and external suppliers.
*Supports ad hoc projects as well as may lead various projects that help to enhance or improve the fulfillment process.
*Responsible for the maintenance of process and procedures for the group that are critical to timely and accurate fulfillment activities.
*Responsible for updating and saving all pertinent reports. Offers suggestions for enhancements.
*Acts as back up or resource for other team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
*College degree with 1-3 years work experience preferred
*1 year experience working with vendors preferred
*Financial, operations, print production, inventory management, direct mail and/or customer service experience preferred
*Strong organizational skills
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
*Strong verbal and written communication skills
*Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel
*Detail oriented
*Self-directed & self-motivated
*Team player
*Problem solving and issue resolution skills
*High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years related work experience, or college degree required
